Abstract : The MediMind Blood Bank Management System is an innovative solution that encounters the challenges of the blood banking sector through the integration of advanced technology and artificial intelligence. The main purpose of this project is to improve the efficiency of blood donation management by creating actual connections between donors, hospitals and blood banks. Mern Stack's MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, node.js This system ensures a robust and scalable architecture for seamless operation. This multilingual support is intended to bridge communication barriers and enable users to effectively use the system in different backgrounds. Google's Generated AI (Gemini) integration improves user commitment by providing contextual answers to medical research and promoting blood compatibility reviews. Realtime notifications for emergency inquiries and persecution of blood units streamline the donation process and allow for faster responses to urgent requirements. Analytics Dashboard further enables users by providing insights into donation trends and stock usage patterns. This ultimately increases resource allocation. In summary, the MediMind Blood Bank Management System does not only improve blood bank management through innovative properties and AI integration. This project demonstrates the potential of technology that will improve operational efficiency and user experience in the health sector and will be valuable benefits for stakeholders involved in blood donation and transfusion services.
